In case if our client not satisfied in our services then we provide refund to them. You must provide solid reason to claim refund by sending pictures or videos of sew-outs.

Our Packages
Our company providing three types of plans in our digitizing services “Basic” “Standard” & “Premium”. Every plan have specific number of designs with a year subscription. As you know that we provide plans with yearly subscription that’s why we will not allow you to stop your plan and you can use your plan anytime within a year.
Sizes Detail:
Every plan have sizes limit under 5 inches but you can get bigger sizes included in all these plans. If you want to use design bigger than 5″ then design deduct not equal to one logo.
- Simple Logo more than 5″ considered x1 or x2 logos
- Standard Logo more than 5″ considered x2 or x3 logos
- Complex Logo more than 5″ considered x3 or x4 logos
Note: Sizes upto 15inches included.
Payment terms
We accept all the major credit/debit cards. Visit payment methods to explore more. If you have any difficulty to pay then you can contact us. we’ll provide you an alternate way.
Change in pricing
If our company changing in prices then we’ll be inform you before changed.
Multiple Sizing
Our company able to send you free multiple sizing with 10 – 20% increase/decrease.
Editing
Our company doesn’t charge for little changes. We only charge when you have artwork change or bigger amendment.
Order Detail
While ordering if you done mistake then we’ll not responsible about that.

All the files will be send you through our Business email.

Our Standard turnaround time 4 – 24 Hours and Rush Turnaround 2 – 8 Hours.
