Services Offered

PSA Digitizing specializes in providing Embroidery Digitizing Services. We offer various packages with a validity of six (6) months from the date of purchase. Customers can submit orders directly through our website or request custom quotes using our quote form.

Ordering and Payment

All orders must be submitted through our secure online platform.
We accept payments through trusted and safe payment processors to ensure your information is protected.
Full payment is required before order processing begins.
Custom quote pricing will be confirmed through email or official communication channels before payment.

Digitizing Packages

Packages purchased are valid for six (6) months from the purchase date.
Any unused credits or services after the validity period will expire and will not be refunded or extended unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the design and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Urgent or rush orders may incur additional charges.

Revisions and Edits

Minor revisions related to size adjustments or minor corrections are included free of charge within 7 days after delivery.
Major edits, redesigns, or changes beyond the original order may be subject to additional fees.

Prohibited Orders

PSA Digitizing maintains a standard that respects cultural and religious values. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse any orders that contain:

Nudity or sexually explicit content
Promotion of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants
Content promoting gambling
Offensive, blasphemous, or discriminatory material

Orders submitted with such content will be immediately rejected, and any associated payment (if processed) will be refunded after deducting any applicable transaction or processing fees.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of embroidery digitizing, all completed orders are non-refundable.
If you cancel an order before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting any transaction fees or administrative costs.

Client Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including artwork, dimensions, and any special instructions at the time of order.
PSA Digitizing will not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Intellectual Property

Clients must ensure they have the legal right to use and submit any artwork, logos, or designs for digitizing.
PSA Digitizing is not responsible for verifying ownership or licensing rights of the submitted material.

Limitation of Liability

PSA Digitizing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
